Make a quick, no-bake dip that tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough while keeping your carbohydrate count low. This recipe uses keto-approved ingredients for a safe, sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup almond flour, finely ground
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit blend
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk (or heavy cream)
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the softened butter in a medium bowl. Beat the butter until it is smooth and creamy using an electric mixer or a sturdy spoon.
  2. Add the powdered sweetener, almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix on low speed until just combined.
  3. Add the almond milk or heavy cream. Mix again until the dough comes together and has a smooth, thick texture similar to traditional cookie dough. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips by hand.
  5. Serve immediately with keto cookies, celery sticks, or fresh berries, or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • You can substitute the almond flour with sunflower seed flour for a nut-free version, adjusting liquid slightly if needed.
  • For a thicker dip, reduce the almond milk by half a tablespoon.
  • Taste the dough before adding chocolate chips and add a few drops of liquid stevia if you prefer a sweeter result.
