1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture to lighten it.
Carefully fold the remaining whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until no streaks remain.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover tightly.
Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, swirl in some caramel sauce before freezing.
You can add chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture.
Ensure your pumpkin puree is not pumpkin pie filling.
